For most clients, the verification process is completed automatically when an their account is opened.
If you're not sure if your account is verified it's easy to check. Simply visit the Account Details section of Your Account and check the Account Status section. If you see the Account Status say 'Verified' then you're good to go 😎
On the other hand if your account isn't yet verified there will be a notice (as below) in your Account Details letting you know.
This means that in order to verify your account you'll need to supply some additional details such as an Australian driver's licence or a Medicare card.
Whilst rare, if this still hasn't resulted in a successful verification, you can email your documents to support@betright.com.au and our team will undertake the manual verification process.
