Are you having problems trying to make a deposit? These are some of the most common reasons:
Insufficient Funds 🤷♂️
Please ensure you have enough funds available to make a deposit.
Reached your Deposit Limit ⛔
If you've already reached your deposit limit, you won't be able to deposit more funds until your limit rolls over. For more information on deposit limits, please check out our Deposit Limit article.
Incorrect Card Details 💳
Double check the card details you've entered, including the name, card number and CV2/CVC.
If you've received a new replacement card, you'll need to add it as a new unique payment method.
3D Secure Code ❌
When using a Visa and Mastercard your banking institution may send out a 3D Secure/Secure Code when you attempt to make a deposit. You will be prompted to enter the code to successfully complete the transaction.
If you enter the code incorrectly, or do not receive a code at all, your transaction will not validate and cause you deposit to fail.
Card Not Accepted 🙅♂️
There are a number of cards and institutions that do not accept transactions for gambling purposes.
Usually a one off call to your bank gets this sorted out though 😎
