Feedback Policy
Obtaining feedback is an integral part of our business and ensures that we continually evolve and build out a service / platform that delights and meets the needs of you and clients like you in the future. Your experience when interacting with the Bet Right platform should always be easy / effortless yet innovative and intuitive so if this is not how you are experiencing our platform then we are not getting things Right.
Your feedback is invaluable so we want to make sure we’re collecting as much of it as possible and as often as we can whilst being totally transparent as to the kind of ways we will use it. We want to assure you, we see you, we hear you and we encourage you to share your opinion no matter what it is so we can bring you along our journey of delivering a future-fit betting entertainment experience that rises above the industry and builds enduring value for a new generation of punters just like you.
How we might ask you for feedback
At times you may be contacted by us to provide your feedback on parts of our existing platform, future product ideas, our service/community, promotions or even to just obtain your general opinion and to learn more about you as a person. If you have time to help us we would love to hear from you and ways in which we might set out to talk to you could be by any of the below avenues;
- Surveys
- Discord Community
- Focus groups
- One on one interviews
- Product testing (An exploration of our service, or aspects of it from your user experience perspective)
Please don't feel you have to wait to be asked for your feedback
You can deliver your feedback directly to us whenever you have any suggestions. Just go to the home page and click 'Feedback' and follow the prompts. Anything you tell us through this channel is listened too and considered at the highest levels of Bet Right. Tell us what you want!
How your feedback is used
Unless you are given the option to complete a survey anonymously your feedback will be recorded and attached to your Bet Right account so we as a business can better understand your thoughts, feelings, values and opinions to improve your experience interacting with us. In addition to this, there may be instances where we use your comments good or bad to inform our internal / external stakeholders as to how our product is being perceived. If we do use your feedback, your personal details will remain anonymous and we will not attach any information that would expose your identity.
For example, from time to time you might notice a comment you recall making appear on our website and look like the below.

What if I don’t want my feedback being used
If you would like to provide feedback, but do not want your comments to be communicated to a wider audience, then that is fine we understand. Please follow the below steps if you object.
- If you completed a survey and do not want us to use your feedback then please contact our Feedback team at feedback@betright.com.au and let them know so your preference can be noted for that survey
- If you are being interviewed or are part of a focus group, your interviewer will flag upfront how your feedback might be used and give you an opportunity to decline.
Note: If you submit feedback via a public facing channel in our discord community, this means you give consent for this feedback to be communicated on any other Bet Right platform. Again, your identity will remain anonymous, however if you have feedback or comments you do not wish to be used for communicative purposes then please do not post on a public facing channel and rather private message a Bet Right admin on Discord with your feedback.
How your feedback makes a difference
Because of your feedback we have managed to kick some major goals in a short period of time. From quick withdrawals, to push notifications to improved sport navigation. These are all previously released product improvements that we were able to achieve because of your feedback and guidance. When you partner with us, together, we know we can get things Right.
