1. General
1.1. Introduction
InfoMarket is a wagering product and sub-brand of Bet Right, operated by IRPSX Pty Ltd ACN 087 708 898 trading as Bet Right, that displays wagering prices on approved declared sporting contingencies using cent-based pricing format through an exchange-style interface.
The InfoMarket interface uses exchange-style display terminology including Trade, Buy, Sell, and related terms as defined in rule 1.4. For the avoidance of doubt, all Trades placed through the InfoMarket interface are wagers for all purposes of the Rule Book and the Racing and Wagering Act 2024 (NT). The use of exchange-style display terminology does not alter the nature of the wagering contract formed between the client and Bet Right.
Subject to this Directive and the Rule Book, InfoMarket is available on approved sporting events and other declared events and contingencies as determined by Bet Right from time to time.
1.2. Scope and Application
This Directive applies to all Trades placed through InfoMarket offered by Bet Right and forms part of the Rule Book. In the event of inconsistency between this Directive and the general provisions of the Rule Book, the specific rules contained in this Directive will prevail in relation to InfoMarket.
All Trades placed through InfoMarket are wagers subject to the Rule Book including but not limited to Rule Book 3 (Betting and Wagering), Rule Book 4 (Directive on Declared Events and Contingencies), and Rule Book 4A (Directive on Deductions).

1.4. Definitions
For the purposes of this Directive, the following terms have the meanings set out below. Where a term identifies a concept as it is displayed in the InfoMarket interface, the equivalent wagering concept under the Rule Book is identified.

Basket Trade means a combination of two or more Trades on separate contingencies, equivalent to a Multi-Bet under Rule Book 4, rule 2.2, and subject to the same rules and conditions. Basket Trades are displayed as "SET" in the InfoMarket Active trades view.
Buy means the act of placing a Trade on a selected outcome, constituting the client's offer to Bet Right to wager on that outcome in accordance with rule 4.1.

The binding return is the amount confirmed in the Active section of the InfoMarket interface following acceptance by Bet Right.
Pending means the status displayed on an individual Trade within the Active tab, indicating a Trade that has been accepted by Bet Right and is awaiting settlement.
Prediction Price means the market-implied probability displayed in cents, representing the cost to purchase a single contract that pays out one dollar ($1.00) if the specified outcome occurs.

Single Trade means a Trade on a single contingency, equivalent to a single bet as defined in Rule Book 3.
Total Trade Value means the amount staked by the client on a Trade, equivalent to the stake for all purposes of the Rule Book. Total Trade Value is displayed as "Trade size" on the InfoMarket interface following Trade placement.

2. Prediction Market Display Format
2.1. Cent-Based Pricing Display – Prediction Price
InfoMarket displays wagering prices using cent-based pricing format where the price represents the cost in cents to potentially win one dollar ($1.00). This referred to as the Prediction Price. This display format is intended to provide clients with an intuitive understanding of the implied probability of each outcome.
(a) Prediction Prices in InfoMarket are displayed in cents (c) ranging from 1.00c to 99.00c.
(b) The cent-based price represents the Total Trade Value required to receive a total return of $1.00 if the selection is successful.
(c) The displayed Prediction Price corresponds to the implied probability percentage of the outcome inclusive of any margin.
2.2. Display Elements
Each Market displayed on InfoMarket shall include the following elements:
(a) the market name clearly identifying the contingency;
(b) the name or description of each selection or participant;
(c) the Prediction Price for each selection, displayed with the cent symbol (¢);
(d) the Decimal Price for each selection, displayed alongside the Prediction Price for that selection;
(e) the event date and time where applicable;
(f) any relevant market information or conditions.
(g) a price history chart displaying the movement of the Prediction Price for each selection over time, expressed as a percentage, for informational purposes only. The percentages shown on the chart are derived from margin-inclusive Prediction Prices in accordance with rule 3.2 and will sum to more than 100% across all selections in a Market. The chart does not represent Bet Right's assessment of the probability of any outcome.
2.3. Example of Prediction Market Display
The following is an illustrative example of a Prediction Market display on InfoMarket:
Match Result
Oklahoma City Thunder 91.00c
Phoenix Suns 14.00c
In this example, a 91.00c stake on Oklahoma City Thunder returns $1.00 if successful, comprising a 9.00c profit plus the 91c stake returned.
3. Price Conversion and Contract Formation
3.1. Conversion to Decimal Pricing
When a client places a Trade through InfoMarket, the Prediction Price is converted to Decimal Price for the purpose of contract formation and the calculation of the Est. Payout.
(a) The conversion formula from Prediction Price to Decimal Price is: Decimal Price = 100 ÷ Prediction Price.
(b) The Decimal Price represents the total return per dollar wagered, including the stake. The Decimal Price is displayed alongside the Prediction Price in the InfoMarket market display and, following acceptance of a Trade, in the Active section of the InfoMarket interface. The Trade Panel displays the Prediction Price in accordance with rule 3.3(a).
(c) Decimal Prices may be rounded to two decimal places in accordance with standard industry practice.
(d) The Prediction Prices displayed in InfoMarket are margin-inclusive prices as set by Bet Right. The Decimal Prices derived from the conversion in rule 3.1(a) incorporate Bet Right's margin in the same manner as all other betting products offered by Bet Right.
3.2. Conversion Table
The following table provides examples of the relationship between Prediction Price and Decimal Price:
Prediction Price Decimal Price Implied Probability
91.00c $1.10 91%
80.00c $1.25 80%
67.00c $1.49 67%
50.00c $2.00 50%
33.00c $3.03 33%
25.00c $4.00 25%
14.00c $7.14 14%
10.00c $10.00 10%
5.00c $20.00 5%
The implied probability figures in the table above reflect margin-inclusive prices. The sum of implied probabilities across all selections in a market will exceed 100% due to Bet Right's margin, consistent with all other betting products offered by Bet Right.
3.3. Trade Panel Display
Upon selection of a contingency from InfoMarket, the contract shall appear in the Trade Panel using Prediction Price format.
(a) Prior to Trade acceptance, the Trade Panel shall display the selection name, the Prediction Price, the Total Trade Value input field (Amount), and the Est. Payout.
(b) The Est. Payout shall be calculated and displayed based on the Total Trade Value entered and the Decimal Price in the InfoMarket market at the time of selection.
(c) Following acceptance of a Trade, the Active section of the InfoMarket interface displays the Decimal Price, the Stake and the Est. Payout confirmed at the time of acceptance.
4. Contract Terms and Conditions
4.1. Contract Formation
For the avoidance of doubt, the counterparty to all Trades placed through InfoMarket is IRPSX Pty Ltd ACN 087 708 898 trading as Bet Right, being the licensed Sports Bookmaker. (a) The Prediction Price displayed in InfoMarket is updated in real-time to reflect current market conditions.
(b) The Decimal Price displayed for each selection in the InfoMarket market display reflects the current Prediction Price and moves with it. The Decimal Price applicable to a Trade is the Decimal Price for the selected contingency at the time of selection, and that price populates the Trade Panel in Prediction Price format and does not change thereafter.
(c) Once a Trade is accepted and confirmed, the Decimal Price is fixed and not subject to further fluctuation.
(d) Clients should verify the Prediction Price displayed in the Trade Panel, and the Est. Payout calculated for that selection, before confirming any Trade. The Decimal Price for each selection is displayed alongside the Prediction Price in the InfoMarket market display.
