Bet Right’s website or mobile IOS and Android applications (Apps) or any other websites or applications that Bet Right owns or operates contain or constitute an invitation to treat, ie to provide betting or wagering services and products but does not provide any advice, opinions, expertise or inducement to gambling or placing of bets or wagers in any jurisdiction in Australia. No responsibility will be accepted for any loss – direct, indirect, or consequential – from the information presented on Bet Right’s website or mobile Apps or any other websites or applications that Bet Right owns or operates. Prospective users should rely on their own diligence and expertise when intending to make use of any information provided by Bet Right including information provided, posted or uploaded onto Bet Right’s website or mobile Apps or any other websites or applications that Bet Right owns or operates.

Bet Right makes factual statements and provides information based on Bet Right’s website or mobile Apps or any other websites or applications that Bet Right owns or operates that are based on information currently available to Bet Right.

The information provided on Bet Right’s website or mobile Apps or any other websites or applications that Bet Right owns or operates on betting and wagering services and products in Australia is based on research, analyses, effort and time Bet Right believes to be reasonable at the time to ensure the accuracy of information, including but not limited to statements and information on betting products, odds, prices, offers and special offers including bonuses. 1.2. Copyright, trademarks and limited access and use licence

• Unless otherwise indicated, Bet Right’s website or mobile Apps or any other websites or applications that Bet Right owns or operates and all content and other materials including, without limitation, logos and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, programming scripts and algorithms, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement (collectively, the Bet Right Materials) are the proprietary property of Bet Right or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a limited revocable non-sublicensable licence to access and use Bet Right’s website or mobile Apps or any other websites or applications that Bet Right owns or operates and the Bet Right Materials in accordance with the Rule Book. Except as expressly permitted on Bet Right’s website or mobile Apps or any other websites or applications that Bet Right owns or operates, in the Rule Book, or otherwise in writing by Bet Right, such licence does not include:
  (i) the reproduction, republication, retransmission, modification, adaptation, distribution, translation, creation of derivative works or adaptations of, public display, sale, trade, commercial use, or in any way exploit the Bet Right Materials;
  (ii) use of any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods;
  (iii) downloading (other than the page caching) of any part of this website, the Bet Right Materials or any information contained within the same;
  (iv) any action or conduct using any means available including electronic, computing, technological that may place the Bet Right website under an unreasonably large burden including burden on processing resources; or
  (v) any use of this website or the Bet Right Materials other than for its intended purpose.
• You may make any copies of any information reasonably incidental to your viewing of the website/webpages and may retain a single permanent copy for your personal and non-commercial reference.
• You may not use, copy, reproduce, publish, store in a retrieval system, modify or alter, transmit in any form or by any means in whole or in part without the prior permission of Bet Right in writing.
• Any use of this website or the Bet Right Materials other than as specifically authorised, without the prior written permission of Bet Right, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the licence granted.
• Such unauthorised use may also violate applicable laws, including, without limitation, copyright and trademark laws and applicable communications regulations and statutes.
• Unless explicitly stated, nothing in the Rule Book will be construed as conferring any licence to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise.
• This licence is revocable at any time.

1.3. Business Names

The terms "Bet Right" and “Bet Right” are business names of IRPSX Pty Ltd (IRPSX) and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without IRPSX's written permission.

1.4. Privacy, Data Protection and Surveillance

The Directive on Surveillance, Privacy and Data (including Personal Information Use and Disclosure) Protection is incorporated into the Rule Book.

1.5. Limitation of Liability

Bet Right will not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, loss or corruption of data, loss of profits, goodwill, bargain or opportunity or loss of anticipated savings resulting from your access to, or use of, or inability to use Bet Right’s website or mobile Apps or any other websites or applications that Bet Right owns or operates and their content, whether based in contract, tort, statute or common law and equity, and whether or not Bet Right knows of the possibility of such damage.

If a jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability in accordance with this clause but allows a limitation to a certain maximum extent, then Bet Right’s liability is limited to that extent.

Bet Right’s website or mobile Apps or any other websites or applications that Bet Right owns or operates contain content provided to Bet Right by other parties (Third Party Content). This includes the information relating to sports and betting. Bet Right is not responsible for, does not endorse, and makes no representations, either expressly or impliedly, concerning Third Party Content. Third Party Content does not represent Bet Right views. You rely on Third Party Content completely at your own risk.

1.6. General Provisions

If any part of this agreement is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part must be given effect to the greatest extent possible and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Northern Territory, Australia.
